Sprouts Farmers Market No. 469 is coming to Victorville, California this year.

It's always great to know that our community will have more options to shop for groceries. Sprouts is known to carry several organic items in the produce, meat, and bakery departments. Having more options for healthier foods means better healthcare outcomes.

Sprouts will take the 18,600-square-foot space that used to house a Toy "R" Us on Amargosa. A 2nd location is planned somewhere in Apple Valley.

This is a great effort by several organizations to help individuals and families who have been displaced due to unfortunate circumstances.

The proposed center would become the High Desert's largest shelter for homeless people and have several on-site services.
