We still take most insurances, but now we will accept Medicaid

We still are the Mis Lou’s go to clinic for super fast Walk-in CDL physicals.

We are also adding instant Fox Form Flex drug testing.

We have moved, we are now in suite 10. Same building, just a few doors down!

Reminder, we are in the final stages of being Medicaid approved.

Also, coming soon, FOXForm Flex Point of Care Urinalysis for employment RAPID screenings.
