Rising summer temperatures are associated with an increase in drug overdose deaths, including deaths involving opioids, co***ne, and methamphetamines.*

Overdose affects us all. Whether it’s recognizing the signs of overdose or knowing where to seek support, help is available. The Opioid Response Network (ORN) provides custom trainings meant to meet the needs of your specific community, all at no cost to you.

💡 Who would participate in an All Recovery or Similar meeting for people who work in recovery??
Or any other ideas?
This work is oh so fulfilling; but we all know what happens when we’ve given too much and have failed to look after ourselves too!! I personally need a place where I can freely share struggles, wins, and receive feedback!! Not supervision; a free support group.

Did you know that roughly half of people with a severe mental health disorder will also experience a substance use disorder at some point in their lives? 🧠 🔗
We call this a Co-Occurring Disorder, or a Dual Diagnosis. It means navigating two interconnected challenges at once.
For years, treatment systems separated these issues, often telling people to "get sober first" before addressing depression, anxiety, or trauma. We now know that this approach doesn't work.
The key to lasting, whole-person wellness is INTEGRATED TREATMENT—healing the entire person by treating mental health and substance use disorders simultaneously on a single, unified path. This May, for Mental Health Awareness Month, we support the whole journey.
