With nearly 20 years of experience in massage therapy, Stella Shannon Reeder brings a passion, a wealth of knowledge and skill to help our clients feel their very best—relaxed, restored, and renewed. We’re also happy to share that she speaks Spanish, allowing us to better serve our diverse community.

In addition to her massage work, she leads wellness retreats to Costa Rica twice a year and teaches adaptive and aerial yoga right here in our community—truly bringing a holistic approach to health and healing.

She has availability throughout the week and on Saturdays, making it even easier to book the care you need. We can’t wait for you to meet her and experience her amazing work firsthand!
