Good reviews are great. A whole gym saying, “Wait…that actually helped” is even better. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thank you for having us—and for the five-star love!

Need a workshop that your members will actually enjoy and use? Let’s make it happen.

Dr. Davey’s go-to self-treatment: isometric holds → controlled reps → progress from there. No fancy equipment, just targeted loading to build tolerance in the tissue that’s pi**ed off.

Rest isn’t a plan. This is.

Sharp or pinpoint pain? Skip this and get it checked — could be more than shin splints.

Save this for taper week. 📌
