To be eligible for services through TCBDD, an individual must meet the following criteria:

1. Have a developmental disability that presents or “manifests” before the age of 22 and is likely to continue throughout the person’s life.

2. Meet eligibility criteria for functional limitations. This is determined through an assessment conducted by the county board.

These requirements are mandated by the Ohio Administrative Code to ensure assistance for the people who need it most. We're honored to help give individuals with disabilities the best chance for a fulfilling life.

We want to give a shoutout to Michael for earning his Tow Motor Operator Certification at his job at Fairhaven Industries 🚜

This is a big accomplishment and a reflection of the hard work, focus, and commitment he’s put in. Learning to safely operate equipment like this isn’t easy—it takes attention to detail, responsibility, and confidence. Michael stepped up and got it done.

Huge congratulations to our March 2026 DSP of the Month — Marky!

Marky has only been with us for a few months, but the impact he’s made in that short time has been incredible. He’s stepped up wherever needed, transitioning between three different sites based on operational needs—never once hesitating.

What stands out most is his willingness to take on more challenging situations. Instead of shying away, he leans in. That mindset is what this field is all about.

We appreciate your flexibility, your attitude, and your commitment to the individuals we serve. Keep doing what you’re doing—it’s noticed and it matters.

As a small token of appreciation, Marky takes home a $50 gift card and earns a spot in our annual training drawing.

Every month at our Site Supervisor Meeting, our supervisors nominate a staff member who is truly going above and beyond.

👏 Congratulations to Michaesha Moore – our February 2026 Employee of the Month!

Our midnight shift staff don’t always get the recognition they deserve, and Caesha is a perfect example of why they should. She consistently goes above and beyond for her team—always accommodating, willing to step up, and communicating effectively. Her dedication does not go unnoticed, and we are incredibly grateful to have her on our team.

Michaesha received a $50 gift card as a small token of our appreciation, and her name has been entered into our annual drawing for an additional prize at our staff training later this year.
