Yoga with Ravi Yoga with Ravi Ravi Kaur Mason (aka Christine Mason) is an advanced Level II certified yoga teacher, certified by IKYTA.

Yoga with Ravi

Established in 2001, Yoga with Ravi provides services to all levels of yoga students in Northern Virginia., In 2015, Yoga with Ravi was integrated into the array of services offered by the Center for Educational Improvement (www.edimprovement.org). Classes are held in the Vienna-Oakton area of Northern VA on Thursdays and Saturdays. Students from 13-90 have participated in classes

offered by Ravi who makes accommodations based on student needs. The classes include a strong meditative component with an emphasis on breathing with movement. Heart Beaming, a program of yogic-like exercises and meditations adapted for schools, developed by Dr. Mason and K’Lee Banks, is also available through Yoga with Ravi.
