This is 6 weeks post-op. Deep plane face & neck lift + upper and lower blepharoplasties.
Six weeks is early. There’s still minor residual swelling and her incision lines have minimal redness — both completely expected at this stage. The final result continues settling through month 6. What you’re seeing here is already a preview, not the finish line.
A few things worth noting in these photos:
— The neck. Platysmal banding gone. Cervicomental angle restored. That doesn’t happen with a skin-only lift.
— The jawline. No more jowling obscuring the mandibular border.
— The eyes. Upper and lower blepharoplasties opened the periorbital frame without changing the shape of her eye.
The deep plane works at the level of the SMAS — the muscle and fat layer beneath the skin. Repositioning that layer is what produces a natural result rather than a pulled one. The skin follows; it doesn’t do the work.
Swipe through all three angles.
