🧠 Depression is Real. You’re Not Alone. 🌿

Across the United States and around the world, rates of depression are rising — especially among youth and adults — and it’s something many of us or our loved ones will face at some point in life.

📊 Recent data shows:

In the U.S. about 13% of people ages 12 and older experienced depression symptoms in a recent two-week period — with adolescents showing the highest rates.

Nearly 1 in 5 U.S. adults report having been diagnosed with depression at some point in their lives.

Globally, an estimated 5.7% of adults live with depression — making it one of the most common mental health conditions worldwide.

Depression doesn’t discriminate — it can affect youth, adults, and seniors, impacting daily life, relationships, motivation, sleep, and overall joy. But here’s the most important part:

🌟 Depression is treatable — and there are real paths to hope.

💊 Medication Management: Traditional antidepressants continue to help many people regain balance when monitored carefully by a clinician.

🧠 TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation): A non-invasive therapy that uses magnetic pulses to gently stimulate areas of the brain involved in mood regulation — often effective for those who haven’t responded to medications.

✨ SPRAVATO® (Esketamine): A breakthrough nasal treatment for treatment-resistant depression with rapid effects for many patients.

🔬 IV Ketamine Therapy: A fast-acting option shown in research to produce significant relief and remission for many people when combined with clinical support and therapy.
