Most people worry about losing their memory decades from now.

The reality is that many of the habits contributing to brain shrinkage happen every single day.

Protecting your brain isn't about one miracle supplement.

It's about improving the routines you repeat.

Many individuals actively track multiple aspects of their health.

However, brain function is more complex and not easily captured through standard metrics.

The Optimal Brain Health Assessment at the Marcus Institute of Integrative Health includes advanced brain imaging that uses a unique hybrid technology to evaluate both brain structure and function in a single session.

This is combined with neurological evaluation, cognitive testing, and precision medicine review to provide a comprehensive understanding of brain health.

The goal is to provide clinically informed insight that supports more informed, long-term decisions.

What if there was more you could do to protect your brain than you've been led to believe?

According to Dr. Nate Handley, there is.

In fact, we now know that approximately 50% of dementia risk can be modified through lifestyle and environmental interventions.

That's a very different message from what many physicians were trained to believe.

At this Friday's virtual Resilient Brain: Advances in Cognitive Longevity Conference, Dr. Handley will explore the latest science on cognitive longevity and what we can actually do to support brain health over time.

Sleep. Exercise. Nutrition. Cardiovascular health. Environmental exposures. Genetics.

All of these factors contribute to what researchers now call the brain health exposome. That's the sum of everything your brain experiences throughout life.

One of the most hopeful developments in brain health research shows that there is often far more that can be done than many people realize to impact cognitive decline.

After age 35, many high-performing women notice changes in how they think and function.

▪ Brain fog
▪ Disrupted sleep
▪ Reduced mental stamina
▪ Difficulty finding words or maintaining focus

And too often, they’re told:
“It’s just stress.”
“It’s part of aging.”
“It’s hormonal.”

Hormonal transitions can absolutely affect brain function but they are only one part of a much larger picture.

At the Marcus Institute of Integrative Health, the Optimal Brain Health Assessment takes a comprehensive approach, evaluating:

🧠Neurological function
🧠Hormonal and metabolic factors
🧠Cognitive performance
🧠Advanced brain imaging

This integrated view helps identify patterns and provides measurable insight so decisions can be guided by data, not assumptions.

Because your experience shouldn’t be dismissed.
And your brain health deserves to be understood.
