Meet Our New Speech Language Pathologist,
Sara LaFleur, MS, CCC-SLP! 💜

We are excited to welcome Sara, to Magnolia Therapeutics! She is from Ville Platte and brings 14 years of experience providing speech-language therapy to children and adults in outpatient clinics, hospitals, nursing homes, schools, and home health settings.

Sara is passionate about helping individuals of all ages improve their ability to communicate, understand, express themselves, eat and swallow safely, and strengthen cognitive skills. She takes a personalized approach to therapy, meeting each patient where they are and helping them work toward meaningful goals.

“Helping others find their voice, regain their abilities, and live a fuller life is one of the greatest gifts we can give.”

Outside of work, Sara is a devoted wife to her husband, Trey, of 14 years, and a proud mom to their four children—Carter, Hudson, Alyce, and Emma.

We are so excited to have Sara joining the Magnolia family and look forward to the difference she will make in the lives of the patients and families we serve! 💜

Meet Peyton Splane, PTA! 💙

With more than 20 years of experience, Peyton is passionate about helping patients move better, feel stronger, and get back to living life with confidence. Whether he’s working with orthopedic, post-op, athletic, or geriatric patients, his approach is always the same, and meet people where they are and help them reach their goals.

Using hands-on manual therapy, corrective exercise, and patient education, Peyton believes healing is about more than reducing pain. It’s about restoring confidence, improving everyday movement, and giving patients the tools they need for long-term success.

When he’s not in the clinic, you’ll find Peyton coaching his kids’ sports teams, spending time with his wife Samantha and their family, or enjoying a round of golf whenever he gets the chance.
