Hello everyone!😌

We’d love for you to join us for our group therapy sessions. We meet every Wednesday at 2:00 PM for a 5-week series, and this Wednesday, June 17th marks our second week together.

This group is FREE of charge and open to anyone who may be feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or impacted by the intensity of the current political climate. It’s a supportive space to connect, share experiences, and find community during challenging times.
