We take time for ourselves and have a little fun doing it! Find Your Center Yoga yoga is lead by Emily Sexton, a 500 hour certified yoga instructor.

I haven’t given up on yoga!! But I broke my toe. As soon as it’s healed up yoga is coming back!!
