EmpowerMe Wellness has been part of the Windsor Manor community for a little while now, and we’re excited to introduce and recognize our in-house therapy team!

Kaelyn has been leading an exercise class every Monday at 10:00 AM, helping our residents build strength, improve mobility, and support their overall health and well-being.

We truly appreciate the knowledge, care, and dedication the entire EmpowerMe Wellness team brings to our residents each day. We’re grateful to have you as part of the Windsor Manor family!
