In the past week I have done reiki on two people, sent meditations to a few more, and have done sound baths just in our own home! I personal just finished doing my “Pass the Pink Peace Pipe” meditation for myself and it was sooooo needed!!! I guess I say all this to say, that I may plan a small gathering for this month! It’s been a while and we all need it!!

I will be sharing “Pass the Pink Peace Pipe” (A guided meditation I wrote a few years ago that is incredible grounding and releasing!! It incorporates all of the elements, intense breath work, major visualization and sound healing to bring peace and calm.) I will also do a full crystal sound bath and some hands on reiki with tuning fork therapy!!

I’m thinking of doing this either at a park or the beach in Hampton or Va beach, so chime in on what you would prefer!! Tickets will only be $20 ($35 for couples). I am open to ideas for days and times! I love a weeknight, but am open! Monday October 26th is the full moon if that sounds like a good idea for folks! Chime in and let me know!!! 🫶🏽🫶🏽🥰💋

Another bit of our impromptu floating sound bath!!!!! Daniel captured a few people’s reactions to it and how the different frequencies affected them!!! How cool is this! Thanks again for capturing the night so beautifully!!!!!! Sound healing in itself is so healing, but in the water, it’s on another level!! 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

A few weeks ago at my friends backyard hangout, I ended up playing an impromptu floating sound bath in her pool!!! It was so very relaxing!!! Whenever we’re all together, we can always count on Daniel to have his video camera and capture the coolest moments! He is quite brilliant!! This is a clip he made towards the end of the sound bath!!! Here I’m playing the bowl to open and balance your root (Muladhara) chakra to give strength stability and grounding! There is also a little visualization I incorporated for grounding in here as well!

Hi friends!! Quick Poll for an event!

Last month Peggy Bass Lmt and I co-hosted a sound bath massage event that went so well that we decided to do another one, but on another level!! This one will be a floating sound bath out in the pool!! You will still receive reiki and a sound bath from me as well as massage from her, but this time we will all be in the same space in a pool for even more relaxation!!! We are going over a few possible dates but want to see what works best for everyone. ONLY if you would be interested in attending, please chime in with your preferred date!!

Sunday June 20th (This happens to be the day before Father’s Day, but also falls into the time of summer solstice. This was our first choice but didn’t want to possibly interfere with the holiday weekend.)

Friday June 26th (We realize people may be working, but would make it in the evening.)

Sunday July 5th (Also on a holiday weekend, though it’s the day after the actual holiday.)

Saturday July 11th (No real conflict. We were just looking to do it sooner!)

Let us know what day would work best for you!! Again, PLEASE only those who would actually be coming!!!! Btw, you def wanna come! It’s gonna be pretty awesome! Also, note this is a co-ed event, bc guys need self care too! 🤗

THIS Sunday is the grand opening of the Zen Den in Virginia Beach!!! From 1-4 pm, you are welcome to come walk through and check out one of the chillest spaces you’ve prob ever been to!!! Then beginning at 430 is our ticketed event!!! During this portion of the event, attendees will get to enjoy professional massages by Peggy Bass Lmt as well as a sound bath and hands on reiki by yours truly, Whispering Wind!!! There will also be delicious charcuterie by Charcuterie Knight, strawberry shortcake with fresh picked strawberries and maybe some other fun surprises!!! Come and unwind with us!!!
