With more than 12 years of experience in the field, Danielle brings a wealth of knowledge, skill, and compassion to our practice. She is passionate about helping clients find and address the source of their discomfort — not just the symptoms.

When I was a full time personal trainer, I thought people paid me to keep track of their workouts and tell them what to eat.

Looking back, after getting a few messages over the years…it was so much more than that. People were paying me to inspire, motivate, lead them. They were busy people that wanted me to provide dedicated time for themselves, that they were choosing to invest in. As a young 25ish year old, I didn’t understand- spending 3 hours in the gym every day was easy! It was the norm!

Working in wellness, you hear “self care” a lot. As passionate as I am about this field, sometimes I have trouble defining exactly why people should get massages. After all, thousands of people go their whole life without it - so why should they start?

I’d like to think that for some people, a massage is the scheduled, dedicated time they invest in to…spend an hour taking care of yourself. To tell the world…
The emails can wait
The texts can wait
The dishes can wait

Because as soon as you realize you don’t have to be available to everyone, on demand, juggling everything and fueled by multiple cups of coffee…

Your neck pain no longer disrupts your sleep
You don’t wake up waiting for your feet to feel stiff when you get up
You feel centered, calm, rejuvenated.

You’ll remember what it feels like to have a quiet mind…
To pause and enjoy the breeze, the clouds, the birds chirping…

(And then your dog ruins the moment) IYKYK 🤣

Remember to set aside time for yourself, even if that’s just a quiet cup of coffee on your porch instead of sitting in the drive thru.
