This is MY truth.

Unfortunately, I was unsuccessful in my workers' compensation case because my pulmonologist would not confirm that my illness was caused from rodents. My attorney had evidence that I never had asthma before this incident, but the pulmonologist's office refused to have any contact with my legal representation. They shut down all communication and wouldn't even send my medical records. My main concern was the potential health risks to others, especially if they hired another Licensed Massage Therapist to go in that room. I never lied and I wasn't trying to get a paycheck. I have only told the TRUTH. It was and still is the right thing to do.

I have accepted this outcome as God's will. My faith in God and my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ has not wavered despite this experience. It has only GROWN STRONGER with yet another obstacle in my life. However, I was disappointed by the medical and justice systems.

My heart is grateful for the people who have reached out to me and was there for me during all of this. It has been so hard for everyone. Not just me. ❤️ I have faith I will be able to work again one day. I have a gift and want to still continue to help as many people as I can. To all of my clients, I still miss you all and I hope you are all doing well.

I do want to add a huge Thank you To my P*p for getting me into to see my pulmonologist as soon a she did. Dr. Silva spent 3 hours with me on my first visit. They both honestly saved my life. They really did. 🙏

Found some OLD photos when I was in Massage School in Panama City, Florida.
So many amazing memories with this class. I was so excited to start a new career and become a LMT. For the state of Florida, Massage Therapy just started getting regulated by the board of nursing and we officially moved to the health field. Massage Therapy was being introduced in chiropractor offices, gyms, PT clinics and therapists were opening their own practices throughout Panama City and all over the panhandle. My first job I had right out of massage school was at Advanced Medical Physicians Group/ PrimeCare for almost 5 years. I had dreams of moving to Tampa to join a sports Massage practice. Tampa was the hot spot in early 2000's for medical/sports Massage Therapy. My life took a different turn and I moved away with my ex who was military. I put my massage table away and became a stay at home Mom to both of my girls. It wasn't until 2019 I reactivated my license and transfered my Florida license to Virginia. Thank you for letting me share a little bit of my history with you. I have always enjoyed being a LMT and all the people I have got to meet and work on throughout my journey. ❤️

Good Morning. I hope everyone is feeling good and ready for the new year. I just wanted to share an update after my doctor appointment this morning. I am still unable to work. I was told I should reevaluate my career. My lungs are just not doing good and pulmonary rehab maybe my next step to get my lungs better. I am sorry to have to post this but I wanted to give everyone here an update.

I am no longer employed at Anchorage Barbershop.
I apologize for the abrupt notification. I will miss all of my clients. I really care about every single one of you.

It is with a heavy heart that I announce the passing of my beautiful mom Wanna Tass. She passed away peacefully surrounded by my sisters and I this morning.
It is a very challenging time for my family but part of us is happy that mom can finally rest without pain and be reunited with her late husband William "Bill" Tass.
I am unfortunately going to be absent from work for an unknown amount of time to deal with everything here in Florida. I am hoping to be back as soon as 3 weeks.
Thank you for understanding this sensitive time for my family.

Good morning. I just wanted to let everyone know I will not be working this week. I am going to be with my Mom who suffered a heart attack the night before Thanksgiving. She is currently still in the hospital and I need to be with her in Florida. I will keep my status updated here when I return. Thank you for understanding.
