IRON IS LIFE ‼️‼️
It’s bitter. It stimulates weak organs, glands, and tissues.
It awakens the trillions of cells that make up your body and helps guard against sickness.
One question I’m often asked about our Iron Tonic is:
“Doesn’t too much iron cause constipation?”
The answer is no—when iron comes from a God-given, earth-based source and has not been adulterated.
What people are usually reacting to are synthetic iron preparations used in acute and subacute care settings—such as ferrous sulfate (the common green tablet) and IV iron forms like ferric gluconate or iron sucrose—which are not found in nature.
My son and I drink over 1 quart daily.
Minimal stress. Rarely getting sick. A quieter mind. Greater discipline.
These are the fruits we’re experiencing.
What I’ve come to understand is this:
Because I work as both a registered nurse and a wholistic health practitioner, I can see both sides of the profession. I understand how Western medicine has shaped the way iron is discussed, feared, and misunderstood.
Much of the time, the issue isn’t the mineral.
It’s the lens we’ve been taught to view it through.
