Harmony at Independence embarked on an exciting journey to the Virginia Military Aviation Museum. From exploring incredible aircraft to learning about the History of Aviation, we had a fantastic time discovering, reminiscing, and making new memories. ❤️
And this adventure was extra special because Ms. Rogers, one of our Residents who joined us, was a pilot herself! ✈️

🚗💪 Roadside Movement Adventure 💪🚗
Our Harmony Square Residents are up for a fun fitness journey! We’ll make exciting “roadside stops” along the way with stretching, marching, balance exercises, and easy movements that keep everyone active while imagining we’re traveling down the open highway. Every stop is a chance to get moving, have fun, and enjoy the adventure together!

Y'all, we packed out boots and headed to Nashville, Tennessee - without ever leaving Harmony at Independence! 🤠
Celebrating the home of the Country Music Hall of Fame, where we sang and danced along to favorites by Johnny Cash and Dolly Parton and sampled some delicious Nashville Treats!

Christmas came early at Harmony at Independence! 🌲❤️

When it comes to showing love, there's no such thing as being too early for Christmas. For Harmony Square Resident Mrs. Smith's birthday month, her husband Mike, surprised her by decorating our Pub in festive Christmas Decor - her favorite Holiday!

It reminds us that the best gifts are the thoughtful ones that come straight from the heart. ❤️

🎉 Happy 10th Anniversary, Harmony at Independence! 🎉

Our hearts are full as we celebrate 10 wonderful years of serving our incredible residents and families. We are so thankful for the amazing residents and dedicated team members who came together to make this milestone celebration one to remember.

Thank you for all the laughter, smiles, and love that filled our community throughout the day. It truly reminded us what makes Harmony at Independence such a special place to call home.

Our residents chose a Carnival theme, and what a fantastic celebration it was! 🎪 We enjoyed:
🎠 Our very own petting zoo
🍿 Delicious carnival-style food
🍭 Fresh popcorn and cotton candy
🎨 Face painting
🎯 Carnival games
🎈 And fun, laughter, and memories shared all day long!

🌸👑 Blooming with creativity! 🌼

Our residents had a wonderful time creating beautiful flower crowns while learning fun facts about different types of flowers from around the world. From identifying colorful blooms to sharing favorite flowers and memories, the afternoon was filled with laughter, creativity, and great conversation.

The smiles were in full bloom, and so were our flower crowns! 💐💖
