Happy International Tea Day ☕🌿

What started as curiosity for me has slowly become a journey of wellness, creativity, peace, and connection.

Tea has taught me how to slow down…
how to savor moments…
and how healing can sometimes look as simple as sitting still with something warm in your hands.

With rainy Memorial Day weekend ahead, I’m thinking soft moments, cozy cups, and intentional rest.

Tomorrow I’ll be sharing a simple at-home wellness tea recipe for the weekend. 💜
