You lived for the day for all of your girls, your tribe to go out and flourish in everything you taught us 🙌🏼
You left us so we could have no choice but to leave the nest and soar like eagles😭

Our Last Night in Antigua 💫

Our final night was spent exactly where my heart feels most at home enjoying a beautiful Sunset Dinner on my favorite beach. 🧡

As the sun went down, we had the opportunity to pause, reflect, and take in all the beauty that came from this retreat. The connections, the laughter, the healing, the sisterhood, the moments of expansion, and all the unexpected magic that unfolded.

What began as a vision became something so much more beautiful than we could have imagined.

And of course… we’re already talking about next year! 😍

Dreaming, visioning, and feeling into what the future holds for Light Body Holistic in Antigua. There is something so special about this land, these women, and the energy that was created here. 🌸

This may have been our last night of this retreat, but it feels like the beginning of something much bigger.

Antigua, we will see you again.
With full hearts, deep gratitude, and so much excitement for what is yet to come.🙌🏼

We were so deeply blessed to experience a private beautiful Sound Bath Journey with the amazingly gifted Zoe Nash and Aiden at Mollihawk, a sacred space💓

To say we were transported into a state of bliss is an understatement. Surrounded by the sounds of nature, the gentle wind, and even the rumbling thunder, the experience was truly out of this world—literally⚡️💫

Our hearts are filled with gratitude for Zoe, her beautiful Sanskrit chanting and singing voice, the beautiful energy, intention, and healing she shared with us. Aiden took us to another level with the Gong and several instruments he played!

Thank you for creating such a sacred and unforgettable space for us to simply surrender, receive, and be. 🤍✨

Friday night was such a beautiful and special way to begin our journey together. It was a time of connection, laughter, and heartfelt moments as we gathered for our Meet & Greet and Opening Ceremony.💖

There was something so meaningful about seeing familiar faces again while also welcoming new women into the circle. Each person brought her own unique energy, story, and presence, yet somehow it felt as though we were all exactly where we were meant to be.

The evening created a beautiful foundation for what was to come, a space to reconnect, open our hearts, honor the journey we had each traveled to arrive there, and set our intentions for the days ahead.

It was more than simply an introduction. It was the beginning of a shared experience, a remembering, and a beautiful coming together of women.💫
