Our SVP of Value Based Care, Zack Caplan, will be joining a powerhouse panel on Monday, November 2nd from 10:50 to 11:35 AM for a session titled Winning with Payers: Building Durable Payer Relationships in a World Where You Need to Do More with Less.

Skills Trainer Angela RN walked our newest Caregivers through proper hygiene care, from incontinence care to foot care, including checking nails, washing and thoroughly drying feet, and correctly applying socks or compression stockings. For bedbound clients especially, these details matter deeply.

When personal care is done right, clients feel refreshed, comfortable, and ready to start a new day. That is the standard we train to.

Our newest Caregivers had a wonderful day of skills training with our fantastic instructor, LPN Lashaun!

From understanding how to properly use a gait belt, to taking off the arm off the wheelchair so a client can safely be transferred from their bed to a chair, our Caregivers were equipped with all the essentials to provide compassionate care.

Once they finished training, they enjoyed a tasty lunch and watched our most recent Caregiver Town Hall to learn more about our I CARE Awards Program.
