LMT + Certified Doula, Anne brings a deeply intuitive, nurturing presence to every session she offers.

Anne has been supporting mothers since 2013 as a birth doula, and her journey into massage therapy was born from the simple, powerful act of using her hands to comfort women during pregnancy and labor. That calling led her to the Cayce Reilly School of Massage, where she expanded her gift into therapeutic bodywork.

She now specializes in prenatal & postpartum massage, blending her doula wisdom with advanced training to create sessions that feel safe, grounding, and deeply supportive for both body and nervous system.

Her work is rooted in creating a space where you can:

• Soften out of the “monkey mind”
• Reconnect with your body & baby
• Feel held, supported, and nourished
