Virginia Beach Counseling Services VBCS is a counseling agency providing individual, group, and family counseling; testing/assessments; behavioral and academic services.

Our Family Enrichment Center division provides court ordered services and evaluations. Licensed clinicians or Residents in Counseling offer counseling to individuals and families struggling with a variety of issues. Most insurances are accepted. ASAP/Substance Abuse assessments and treatment are available, as well as parenting classes and anger management services. Dr. Preston-Josey offers supervi

sion to Licensed Professional Counselor, LMFT, or LSATP residents. Trainings are provided for counselors for CE’s on various topics, including becoming a counseling supervisor in Virginia or Counseling Military Families.
