The last week or so has been a struggle.

I even got to see my girls this weekend as moved my youngest from her temporary dorm to her permanent one.

I have been quiet on here than normal as I give myself space.

I have not been to the office in a week and excited to go in tonight to just get back to doing what I love.

But I wanted to honor my heart and have some work from home days. Me days.

Life is full of transitions.
Big ones and little ones.

And as hard as it is to really feel them—I encourage it.
If we avoid all the feelings and emotions by pushing them down and numbing with alcohol or other substances—we are not honoring nor processing things fully.

So yes I have chosen to do this all without the alcohol even if I always thought I would just drink wine and be happy.

So get ready for some raw posts.
And maybe they do not relate directly to your life—but feel free to sub in whatever transition you are in.

And send some good vibes I can back to my creative self that’s stomach is not a mess and sleeps soundly!
