I hope 2026 is starting off smoothly for you all! ✌️

⭐BIG ANNOUNCEMENT⭐
After gratefully working as a birth doula since 2013, I am pausing my on-call doula work for now. We shall see what the future holds, but I feel called to focus this year on massage & bodywork!
I am jumping into further education & training to better support you - body, mind, & spirit. I am continuously learning to grow my skills for this incredible work.
I am eternally thankful for all of the women & families that have allowed me to support them through pregnancy, labor, and postpartum & thankful for all of those coming to me for massage! 🙏

I am here and ready to assist with your winter wellness & 2026 self-care!

Take a deep breath in through your nose…feel your belly expand with air.... Pause & hold… Now exhale out your mouth as SLOW as you can... Belly button moves towards your spine.

Unclench your jaw, soften your face.
Close your eyes or soften your gaze.
Drop your shoulders away from your ears.
Let go of any tension in your hands & neck... Wiggle or shake it out...
And blow it away.

Let's take another deep breath together.
