For residents in Quail Park at Shannon Ranch's Tribute Program, we believe every day is an opportunity to live well, remain active and find enjoyment. Joyful moments are essential, and our professional team is trained to serve and guide residents experiencing Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia.

A few favorite memories from our fall craft day! 🎃🌿 Our residents turned pumpkins and succulents into beautiful seasonal creations, and everyone did a wonderful job.

This afternoon, our residents got creative with scrapbooking! They enjoyed flipping through magazines, choosing and cutting out their favorite images, and arranging them into their own creations. Activities like this can encourage creativity, spark memories and conversation, and help keep minds and hands engaged. 🌟

Our residents had a wonderful time at Vossler Farms pumpkin patch today! They picked out pumpkins, got their steps in, and enjoyed a bite to eat. We’re glad we made it out before the afternoon heat set in on this beautiful fall day! 🎃

Our Residents celebrated the colors of fall with “Harvest of Colors: Autumn Pipe Cleaner Arrangements” for the Art Therapy on Monday! 🍂

Using soft, colorful pipe cleaners, residents bent and twisted pumpkins, leaves, and sunflowers into one-of-a-kind autumn displays. The hands-on craft offered a chance to explore seasonal colors and textures, express creativity, and enjoy the satisfaction of making something their own. 🌻

Our community celebrated Dolly Parton Day on 9/25 in style! 💗 We wore pink, enjoyed her favorite drink, watched movies, and listened to her music all day. It was a fun day filled with memories and appreciation for someone with such a big heart. 🎶

Our residents made energy protein balls in culinary class today! Everyone took a turn learning how to make these easy, delicious treats—and enjoyed a well-earned appetizer at the end of the day. 😊

Yesterday, our residents explored creativity, connection, and the beauty of nature through a therapeutic dried-flower collage activity. 🌸

Working with dried flowers provided tactile and gentle olfactory sensory experiences while supporting fine motor skills, cognitive functioning, and decision-making. Residents were encouraged to select from a limited variety of materials and complete their unique compositions in three simple steps.

As a group, they also enjoyed a guided conversation about each stage of the project and shared something they appreciated about another person’s artwork. Meaningful moments, self-expression, and learning can flourish at every stage of life.

We went WILD for Safari Bingo Night! 🦁🦓🐘

Our community was full of laughter, friendly competition, family fun, and plenty of BIG winners! Nothing beats sharing an evening with wonderful friends, shouting “BINGO!”, and celebrating each other.

A huge thank-you to Extra Caring, for hosting such a fantastic bingo night and bringing beautiful gift baskets for our lucky winners. We had an absolutely wonderful time! 💛 🐆

Our residents are ready to go wild at Friday Safari Bingo Night! 🦁🌿

They even made their own DIY jungle binoculars—perfect for spotting lions, tigers, and maybe a sneaky bingo card hiding in the bushes! 🔭🐒
