“It didn’t work for me.”

Tried chiropractic a time or two and didn’t get the results you were hoping for? Decided it doesn’t work? That’s like going to the gym once…not getting a six pack…and declaring fitness a scam. Or eating a salad one time…not losing any weight…and deciding healthy eating “just isn’t for you.”

One appointment isn’t a trial. It’s barely an introduction.

Here’s the thing nobody tells you: chiropractic isn’t one-size-fits-all. Every provider has a different approach, technique and philosophy. Diversified, Activator, NST, drop table… it’s not interchangeable. If one style didn’t click, that doesn’t mean the whole profession failed you. It might just mean you haven’t found your provider yet.

Give a provider at least three visits before writing off that technique. Your nervous system needs time to respond, not just your spine.

And if you’ve tried chiropractic before and it “didn’t work”… it might be time to try someone who practices differently. Not all chiropractors are created equal, and that’s okay.

Don’t quit after one rep. 💜
