When she retired, she was dealing with significant pain and really struggling to sleep. After her first visit to Breathwork-Cold Plunge-Sauna-Yoga , she felt enough of a difference that she knew she needed to incorporate this practice into her life and kept coming back!
Today, her pain is dramatically reduced, she’s sleeping better, and she’s one of our most dedicated members!
People often think cold plunges, breathwork, yoga, and recovery practices are about pushing yourself harder. That’s true - there is a definite element of “bad-assery!” But it’s also about suffering LESS so you can LIVE more!!
April is living proof that sometimes the smallest decision—to simply walk through the door be brave try something new—can be the best decision!
