I had the BEST birthday gift! A lower face Ultherapy session with my friend Billie Jo at her med spa The Cove in San Clemente.

Ultherapy is the gold standard for skin tightening devices as it reaches not only superficial layers but the deepest SMAS layer for structure and support. You may have heard that itā€™s painful (which is why less effective options are on the market) but Billie Jo has been doing this for years and is a pro! She keeps her patients comfortable and her pre-numbing and pronox kept me comfortable the entire time!

There is no downtime so I was able to go home and celebrate my 47th birthday with family!

It takes multiple modalities and yes PRESCRIPTION strength topicals to achieve this.

As someone who has never tolerated birth control, I STILL see it help so many women with various medical conditions. (And itā€™s great to have a variety of options for birth control).

We can recognize the benefits of both birth control and HRT. Women need options for every stage of their lives. Nothing is one size fits all.
