☀️Therapist Spotlight☀️: Meet Stephanie Leifer, A Brighter Tomorrow’s Clinical Director and LCSW! Stephanie received her BA in Psychology from Bucknell University and her MSW from NYU Silver School of Social Work in 2013. She has also been certified in clinical supervision since 2020. Stephanie deeply enjoys working in the mental health field and has worked in a variety of settings including a voluntary inpatient psychiatric unit, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient. She has experience running groups, holding individual and family sessions, and performing crisis intervention and case management. Stephanie has worked as both clinician and coordinator for mental health programming and has worked with individuals with a variety of diagnoses, including co-occurring ones. She specializes in working with adults 18 years of age and up where she lends a kind, empathetic ear for active listening and support, and provides concrete skills to help with coping with every day life, major life struggles, and transitions.
