I’m learning that not everything requires a reaction from me.
I don’t have to fix every problem. I don’t have to offer before I’m asked. I don’t have to take every decision personally. And I don’t have to create a story around why I wasn’t included.
Sometimes I can simply let people make their choices… and allow myself to make mine.
That doesn’t mean I don’t care. It doesn’t mean I wouldn’t help. It just means I’m learning the difference between loving people and carrying things that were never handed to me.
Today, I’m choosing to stay in my own lane, protect my peace, and let things unfold without trying to manage the outcome.
Maybe that’s part of blooming, too. 🌿

Lovey Wellness Co. officially opens its doors today. 🤍
What started as an idea, grew through a whole lot of healing, learning, creating, second-guessing, trusting, and continuing to show up — and today, I get to open the doors and share it with you.
Ribbon Cutting — 4:00 PM

Open until 8:00 PM
There will be cookies, and anyone who makes a purchase can enter to win a Lovey Wellness gift basket.
Come in. Look around. Ask questions. Stay awhile. You don't have to know anything about crystals, meditation, journaling, plants, ear seeds, or wellness. Just come as you are.
Lovey Wellness was created as a reminder that wellness doesn't have to look perfect. Sometimes it simply starts with choosing to take a little better care of yourself.

I’ve been thinking a lot this morning about how much space we give things in our minds.
People we love. Things we can’t change. Things we miss. Things we keep going back to over and over again.
I’m learning that peace doesn’t mean my mind is always quiet. Mine definitely isn’t. 😂
Maybe it’s just learning to notice where my mind keeps going…and realizing I don’t have to follow it there every single time.
Some things I can love.
Some things I can send light to.
And some things I can just let be.
Because when I clear even a little bit of that space, I make room for peace to come in.
And I think that’s where I’m at today. 🌿
Clear the space. Make room for peace.
