If you know, you know...

The tablet dying mid-session and suddenly we're both listening to each other breathe? Terrifying.

A 60-minute full body when I work intentionally and refuse to rush? Nightmare fuel.

Planning a workout immediately after a massage? Straight to the horror category.

Thinking deep pressure and deep tissue are the same thing? We need to talk.

Being their mom will always be my greatest role. 🤍

Motherhood has taught me patience, strength, sacrifice, and how important it is to slow down and appreciate the little moments.

To all the moms out there constantly pouring into everyone else — I hope today reminds you that you deserve care too.

Things they don’t tell you about being a massage therapist…

You’re either slow… or suddenly doing laundry every 2–3 days like your life depends on it 😂

I’ve definitely been a little MIA on here 😅 but it’s because this season has been BUSY. And honestly? I wouldn’t trade it.

At some point, you stop looking at laundry as a chore…
and start seeing it as a reminder.

Every sheet = a client who trusted you
Every load = someone you got to help feel better

Grateful for the growth, the full schedule, and every single person who keeps me busy (and my laundry going nonstop) 💆‍♀️✨
