These were in the National Archives,. Henry Winkler was Granny Stone's GG grandfather, His father Lewis Winkler, and his brothers came over on a ship from Germany. They had to Philadelphia port and lived in Pennsylvania for a while, Lewis got married while they were there. They moved tp North Carolina before moving to Kentucky,

It is with a heavy heart that I tell you that Uncle Will (Wilbur) passed Tuesday morning. Penny, Sharon and I went to see him in October. We had a good visit and got to meet Betty Cornick, Uncle Will's girlfriend. She has been with Uncle Will for years and has been a great comfort to him. He was always good to us, and we will miss him.
