Pause – When things get hectic, take a time out and breath.
If you can, go outside. Somewhere with green plants, natural light, fresh air and water if you happen to be near any.
Tell yourself to slow down.
Focus on your breathing. Quiet your thoughts. Center yourself.
Sometimes a 2–5 minute reset is all it takes to change the direction of your day.
