Our residents had an unforgettable outing at Heitmiller’s Steakhouse! From savoring delicious meals to sharing plenty of laughter and conversation, everyone enjoyed a wonderful afternoon filled with great food and even better company. 🥰🍽️

These outings are about more than dining—they’re about staying connected, enjoying new experiences, and creating cherished memories together. We’re so grateful for the warm welcome and continued support from our amazing community of family and friends! ❤️

Today, we are excited to shine the spotlight on our amazing Health and Wellness Coordinator, Cathy Martin, LVN! 💙🩺

Cathy has been a nurse for 8 years and has been part of our Brookdale Lakeshore family for the past 3 years! We are so thankful to have her dedication, compassion, and experience as part of our team. ❤️

When Cathy isn’t at work caring for others, she loves spending time camping, attending concerts, cheering on the Texas Longhorns 🤘🧡, and making memories with her family and her spoiled dogs! 🐶🐾

Help us show Cathy some love and appreciation for all she does for our residents and our Brookdale Lakeshore family! We are so happy to have her on our team! 🥰

☕🍩 Coffee with a Cop Day at Brookdale Lakeshore! 👮‍♂️💙

October 7th was National Coffee with a Cop Day, and what better way to celebrate than spending it with our men in blue at Brookdale Lakeshore! ☕💙

We enjoyed coffee, donuts, and some wonderful fellowship together. Everyone had a great time, and we’re so thankful for the opportunity to spend time with these amazing officers!

Today we’re shining the spotlight on our amazing Health & Wellness Director, Mandy Worthington, LVN!

Mandy has been part of the Brookdale family for 8 years, bringing 24 years of nursing experience and an incredible 20 years dedicated to caring for the geriatric population. 🩺❤️

Mandy says, “I love working with the geriatric population.” And it shows! Her compassion, dedication, and genuine love for the residents make such a difference every single day.

When Mandy isn’t at work, she enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren and cheering on her favorite teams while watching sports on TV! 🏈🏀⚾📺

We are so thankful to have Mandy as part of our Brookdale Lakeshore family! Thank you, Mandy, for the years of dedication, compassion, and love you give to our residents. We appreciate you more than you know! 💖🌟

We celebrated National Coffee with a Cop Day, and what better way to celebrate than by spending time with our men in blue here at Brookdale Lakeshore! 💙

We enjoyed coffee, donuts, lots of smiles, and even better conversation. Our residents had a wonderful time visiting, laughing, and showing our appreciation for the officers who serve and protect our community.

🏈🎉 Fan Friday at Brookdale Lakeshore! 🎉🏈

We wrapped up the week with a little Fan Friday fun! Everyone had a blast showing off their team spirit and representing their favorite teams! ❤️🏆

Missey fired up the grill and cooked up some delicious burgers in our beautiful courtyard while everyone enjoyed a little friendly competition playing corn hole. 🍔☀️ We had plenty of laughter, team spirit and good times!

And what better way to finish the day than by celebrating our September birthdays! 🎂🥳

Yeehaw! We saddled up for a day full of good food, sweet treats, and even sweeter memories! ❤️

We enjoyed a delicious country-style feast of brisket, potato salad, beans, and cornbread—then it was time to hit the Candy Apple Bar! 🍎🍬 With ALL the fixings, everyone got to make their apple slices just the way they liked it!

Lots of smiles, laughter, and a whole lot of fun at Brookdale Lakeshore! 🤠❤️

We took a delicious trip down memory lane with a good old-fashioned lunch of fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, and pecan pie! 😋❤️

Then we put our memories to the test with some Way Back Trivia—bringing lots of laughter, friendly competition, and fun! 😂🧠 And of course, Judy made the day even sweeter with her delicious cookies! 🍪🥰
