Please join us in welcoming our NEW Memory Care Director, Iv’Ree Westbrooks! 💜
While she may be stepping into a new role, she is certainly no stranger to The Blake! After spending nearly a year caring for our residents as a nurse, she is taking the next step in her journey with us, and we couldn’t be more excited!
A Mount Calm, Texas native and graduate of Concorde Career College, she began her nursing career in pediatric home health before finding her home here at The Blake.
When asked what she loves most about her work, her answer perfectly reflects the heart of what we do:
“Being able to make a difference in someone’s day, whether it’s through providing quality care, advocating for residents, or simply being someone they can count on. I love building relationships with residents and working alongside a team that truly cares about the people we serve.”
Outside of work, you’ll find her spending time with her family and dogs, enjoying a good book, going for walks, or cooking something delicious!
We are so proud to see one of our own grow into this leadership role and look forward to the compassion, dedication, and familiar face she will bring to our Memory Care neighborhood.
