If you need to cancel a reservation or reschedule one, we require 24 hours notice for individual services and packages. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled in less than the required time will be billed 100%. Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment. Appointments booked for the same day are considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled, to adhere to our strict 24-hour cancellation policy.

Our sweet Becca, one of our very own at Pura Vida, will undergo brain surgery this Friday morning to remove a cancerous tumor.

Becca has been courageously fighting cancer since the day she joined our Pura Vida family, and through it all, she has continued to show up with strength, grace, and a smile. She has never let her battle define her.

As if that wasn’t enough, she recently lost her brother to this terrible disease. Now, as a single mom, she is facing a long recovery and will be out of work while she focuses on healing.

We would love to help take some of the financial stress off her shoulders so she can focus on what matters most—her recovery and her family.
