We are thrilled to share that the Addus HomeCare People Development and Experience ("PDX") department was honored last month at the 2026 Southwest Learning Summit with the ATD Dallas AXIS Award for Future Readiness for our Ignite Leadership Conference!

Since launching Ignite in 2022, this program has truly become a standout differentiator for our organization. This ever-evolving leadership program fosters strong leadership, creates amazing networking opportunities, and impacts measurable business results through innovative Talent Management practices and activities.

Last week, Addus was a proud sponsor of the 2026 Senior Fest event hosted by the Chicago Department of Family and Support Services (DFSS) Area Agency on Aging. The morning thunderstorms couldn’t dampen our excitement to meet and interact with thousands of amazing seniors at the event in Millennium Park in the heart of Chicago.

Addus HomeCare Family of Company team members from Addus HomeCare, Lifestyle Options, and JourneyCare Home Health and Hospice came together to host our interactive booth, walk the event meeting seniors, and participate in the many activities of Senior Fest.

Addus HomeCare started in Chicago in 1979. We are proud to have served the Windy City for almost 50 years by living our mission of providing in-home care to our clients and patients who want to maintain independence in their homes.

Thank you to all our amazing team members who took time to participate in this amazing event. We love being a partner in the communities we serve!
