🛡️Safe means the environment is designed around their needs - routines, supervision, and a space that reduces confusion and anxiety.
🥰Known means caregivers understand who they are beyond their diagnosis. Their preferences, their history, what makes them smile.
🏡At home means it doesn't feel clinical. It feels familiar. Warm. Like somewhere they belong.

A heartfelt THANK💕YOU to Gentle Transitions Hospice for taking the time to join us & lead this meaningful time of worship & reflection. Your kindness, compassion, & dedication to enriching the lives of our residents are such a blessing.

✨Spiritual wellness is just as important (even more so) as physical & emotional wellness. Spending time in prayer, scripture, & fellowship provides comfort, hope, purpose, &peace. This Memorial Day, especially,we are thankful, proud, &forever grateful to ALL who have served & sacrificed for America.

🎉🍰HUGE thank you to Hannah with Community Health for coming & hosting a delicious “Cake Bar” for our residents! From colorful toppings to yummy treats, this event was filled with smiles, laughter & LOTS of sweetness!🧁🍫Our residents had such a wonderful time creating their own tasty masterpieces & enjoying fellowship together.
