August is National Eye Exam Month!

Your eyes can change gradually, and many eye conditions may not cause noticeable symptoms in their early stages. A comprehensive eye exam is one of the best ways to monitor your vision and protect your eye health.

Regular eye exams can help:
• Detect changes in your vision
• Check for cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and other eye conditions
• Identify signs of certain health problems that may affect the eyes
• Make sure your glasses or contact lens prescription is up to date

If it’s been a while since your last eye exam, National Eye Exam Month is the perfect reminder to get one on the calendar.
