Sunday night we received a message from our neighbors at Uncommon Collective, that water was currently pouring into our office building as drainage systems failed when heavy rains hit the area hard and fast.
We’re facing damaged flooring, messy cleanup, uncertainty, and a long list of unexpected expenses. But we’re also incredibly grateful. No one was hurt. Our team is safe. Our clients have already reached out with kindness and support.
Sadly, we are just one among many effected local homes and businesses in the area, as the flooding was widespread. This is the reality of small business ownership that people don’t always see. Behind every local business are families and owners taking risks, solving problems, and doing their best to serve their community through unexpected challenges.
The good news: we are still open and operating. While repairs and remediation are happening behind the scenes, appointments are continuing as scheduled. You may notice some construction activity during your visit, but our commitment to providing the same quality care and experience remains unchanged.
