This is my 1st purple carrot & it was so sweet and delicious! Can't wait for the rest to be ready! πŸ’šπŸŸͺπŸ₯•πŸŒ±

Cocojune has quickly become one of my favorite vegan yogurts because it has: πŸ’š Simple, organic ingredients 🦠 Live probiotic cultures to support gut health πŸ₯₯

Bottom line: it tastes good! It has a rich & creamy texture

One thing to note: Since it's made from coconut, it's naturally fatty. Healthy fat, but still fat & something to keep in mind

πŸ₯£ To make it more balanced, I like adding: 🫐 Berries 🌾 Chia seeds πŸ₯œ Nuts (for protein) πŸ₯£ Granola

I don't know about you, but I have been innodated with mushroom coffee advertisements & have been curious about the hype. So when Ryze reached out it was a no-brainer to give it a try.

RYZE Superfoods uses a SUPER6 mushroom blend. It is designed to boost gut health, elevate mood, enhance focus, and sustain energy levels. In addition, I appreciated that they asked that all posts do not use AI in any way.

May 24th: Immediate results... Impressed! I loved the softness of this mix. It reminded me of simply mixing hot cocoa. The taste was unique, but a unique taste that I can see craving in the future. As far as gut health, focus & energy levels: I will try this product for a week or so & I will update below with those results
