I enjoy warm beverages in cute mugs during these cooler months. I figured it was time to get one made with my practice logo. My logo was inspired by how deeply every part of us is connected to nature; the lungs we breathe through resemble tree roots. 🌬️🍃

I also added some favorite warm beverages that don’t cause gut and adrenal imbalance.

***Announcement****

🍂 As we prepare for the colder season, a season of reset.

As we spend more time indoors, get less sunlight, and have fewer opportunities to get our feet in the grass, I like to look at this time of year a little differently.

Rather than calling it simply “cold & flu season,” I see it as a season to slow down, let go, and support whole-body wellness. Just as trees release their leaves, we can embrace this season as an opportunity to reset, reconnect with ourselves, and be more intentional about our health.

I’m excited to announce that I’ll be teaching a class on supporting your immune system balance and overall wellness through a naturopathic approach!
We’ll explore some of my favorite holistic wellness practices, herbal remedies, and homeopathy, plus how to create your own holistic wellness cabinet to support your body through seasonal changes and times of imbalance.

So often, we don’t think about the tools we need until our bodies begin signaling that something is out of balance. Let’s shift to a more proactive approach by learning to nurture our health foundations, support the body’s natural processes, and create intentional daily practices that honor our whole being—mind, body, and spirit.

Did you know that only 10% of poor health outcomes are related to “bad genes”? Thanks to epigenetics, we now know our environment and other influences can turn genes on and off.

The other 90%? It's what we eat, drink, think, experience, emotions, environment, toxins, and, you guessed it, lifestyle. Genetic makeup is just one small part of a much larger, unique picture when it comes to unwellness.

What you inhale, put on your skin, and wash with matters.

Makeup
Haircare
Skincare
Nails

If you soak your body in chemicals daily, they get absorbed through your skin and into your body systems.

When it comes to balancing your health, removing the causes of imbalances is important.

Parabens are commonly used in cosmetics to extend shelf life, but there are more than enough reasons to avoid them. Learn more here.
