🍴 Looking to build skills in the kitchen and gain real restaurant experience? Smithville Brewing Company is looking for someone ready to train, grow, & potentially join our team after completing a hands-on culinary training program!

This 10-week opportunity includes:
✅ 4 weeks of culinary training
✅ 6 weeks of on-the-job experience in a live restaurant setting
✅ ServeSafe Food Handler Certification
✅ Hands-on training in food prep, line cooking, inventory, portioning, grilling, & more

Participants will learn:
🔪 Kitchen safety & sanitation
🥗 Food handling & nutrition basics
🔥 Cooking techniques for real lunch & dinner service
📦 Inventory, restocking & prep management

Best part? This is a paid training opportunity:
• 4-week training: 40 hrs minimum at $13/hr
• 6-week OJT: 20 hrs minimum at $18/hr+ depending on tips
