I snapped this pic yesterday of this client to show her how peaceful and relaxed she seemed, but truth be told I felt just as much relaxed and easy going at that very moment. The energy she was giving off of being relaxed just wrapped around me!! Some sessions are not just for client, sometimes your sessions help me out as well!

Had the privilege of helping 2 teachers start their Summer Break off right this morning!! Full body massage with muscle scrapping and cupping to release that school yr tension for one and full body massage and a dermaplane facial to be smooth and fresh for the other!!

Lunch break duties — Laundry!!! But very glad to be doing it at the office now and not taking home bags to do every night & bringing them back!! Such a huge bonus of the new office!!

Ok for those of you who don’t know me well, Im all about a sign & have believed the red bird is someone from heaven coming to say hey. A few weeks ago Lee was up here hooking my washer & dryer up and we had the back door open. (I was the only one here at the moment he had ran to Tyler Brothers for something.) A red bird flew in and sat on a tote I had on the high chair. (Pic for reference) That high chair was used at my granny’s house so I just know it was her saying hey & looking around at my little office! Well today I pulled up and there’s the little red bird again sitting on the kitchen window. Yall my granny was in the kitchen or the garden if you went to her house. I just know it’s her saying Hey! I sure miss my granny!!
