Saunders House Assisted Living in Wahoo, NE is looking for someone who would be willing to take about an hour out of their day to come spend some time with our wonderful residents! ❤️

We would love to find someone who would be interested in leading an ART CLASS an EXERCISE CLASS, pet therapy, live entertainment, baking, and or playing games or cards with our residents.

Whether you have a passion for painting, crafts, creativity, fitness, stretching, singing, or simply enjoy working with seniors, we would LOVE to hear from you!

Our residents enjoy staying active, learning new things, being creative, and most importantly having fun and making connections with others. 🥰

If you or someone you know would be interested in volunteering your time, please reach out to us! Every hour spent with our residents can make a BIG difference. ❤️

Our residents have been keeping busy with some creative crafting and a little shopping ! ❤️ There’s nothing better than spending time together, trying new crafts, picking out a few goodies, and enjoying each other’s company.

From creating something special with our own hands to getting out and doing a little shopping, our residents enjoyed a wonderful day filled with smiles, laughter, creativity, and making memories! 🥰✨

We love providing opportunities for our residents to stay active, social, and involved in the things they enjoy! 💕

Sometimes the best therapy is simply sitting outside, enjoying the sunshine, feeling the fresh air, and spending time together! Today our residents enjoyed some much-needed porch therapy with delicious smoothies in hand! There's just something special about relaxing outdoors, visiting with friends, sharing a few laughs, and soaking up the beautiful day. "A LITTLE TEAMWORK MAKES THE SWEETEST MEMORIES!"
Today was all about teamwork, laughter, and a little bit of sweetness! Our residents worked together to make some homemade strawberry rhubarb pie.
It was wonderful to see everyone working together, sharing stories, helping one another, and enjoying the process.
A big thank you to everyone who joined in and helped making this so special. There's nothing sweeter than good pie, great company, and teamwork!

August has been filled with fun, friendship, creativity, good food, and plenty of smiles! ❤️

Our residents have been keeping busy and enjoying all the wonderful activities we have planned throughout the month. From creative crafts and games to enjoying delicious treats, fresh watermelon, socializing with friends, and spending time together, there has been something for everyone! 🎨🍉🍰🎲

We love seeing our residents participate, laugh, encourage one another, and make new memories along the way. Every activity is another opportunity to bring a little joy and excitement to their day. 🥰
