Challenge Spotlight: Friends of Kinship!

Behind every successful Kinship event is an incredible team of volunteers who make it all possible. This year we did not make it easy on them with three separate challenges. We had teams scrambling to look up Kinship trivia, building human sculptures and canoeing for fruit.

To every volunteer who gave your time and energy to help with our 20th Amazing Race, THANK YOU! From planning, setting up challenges and cheering on teams to keeping everything running smoothly all day long, your dedication helped create an unforgettable day for everyone. We appreciate each and every one of you!

Thank you for believing in our mission at Kinship and for helping us build stronger connections in our community. We hope you know your willingness to give back makes a lasting impact, and we couldn't do it without you. It truly takes a village and we are so lucky to have you all in ours!

Challenge Spotlight: Chahinkapa Zoo

Chahinkapa Zoo has been with us from the very first race and every year their challenge is a surprise to not only the racers but us as well! This year they celebrated the Year of the Kangaroo. Teams had to catch a mini kangaroo in their cup and then drink "kangaroo milk" to move on to their next location.

Thank you to the Chahinkapa staff and volunteers for all your help not just this race but every single other one as well! It has been so fun racing with you guys over the last 20 years! Here's to many more years of racing together!

Challenge Spotlight: Breckenridge Public Schools

All our racers turned in to "Shape Detectives" in this challenge. Teams put their problem-solving skills to the test by deciphering clues to determine which shape they needed to build using kits from the schools LASSO center.
