🌴 HIRING: Medical VA & Bookkeeper (100% Remote, Philippines) 🇵🇭

We are a growing Aesthetics Clinic based in beautiful Maui, Hawaii, and we are looking for a unique talent to join our team! 🌺

If you have a background in healthcare/nursing BUT also have a solid head for numbers and bookkeeping, this is the perfect long-term, full-time role for you. Work from the comfort of your home anywhere in the Philippines!

⏰ The Schedule:

8 Hours x 5 Days a Week

Must be able to work Hawaii Standard Time (HST) shifts (This is a night/early morning shift in the PH).

📋 What You Will Do:

Medical VA & Scheduling Duties:

Manage calendars, book clinic clients, and coordinate patient schedules.

Handle appointment confirmations, rescheduling, and follow-ups.

Answer calls, emails, and messages professionally and promptly.

Maintain accurate patient records and assist with data entry in our EHR system (Practice Fusion).

Provide general administrative support to the Director and Practitioner.

Bookkeeping Duties:

Manage daily financial tracking for the aesthetics clinic.

Generate and issue patient invoices, process payments, and send receipts.

Track daily expenses, record transactions, and manage accounts payable/receivable using standard accounting software.

🌟 What We Are Looking For:

✅ Healthcare/Nursing background strongly preferred.

✅ Verifiable experience in bookkeeping, invoicing, and basic accounting.

✅ Excellent written and spoken English for client communications.

✅ Experience with EHR systems (Practice Fusion is a plus) and Google Workspace.

✅ Tech Requirements: A quiet WFH setup, high-speed internet (min 20 Mbps), and a reliable backup power source (UPS/Generator) to prevent downtime during shifts.
