As we head into another busy birth season, I’m reminding myself that the best care begins with a grounded presence. 🌿

Birth asks us to slow down, breathe deeply, and trust the wisdom of our bodies. In the midst of late-night calls, changing tides, and new beginnings, I reach for simple rituals that bring me back to center.

Today we celebrate the strength, softness, sacrifice, and love woven into motherhood in all its forms. Whether you are growing a baby, holding your little one earthside, grieving, waiting, healing, or mothering your community with care — you are seen and deeply valued.

Postpartum mental health day! Postpartum is not always blissful, but you are not failing.

Healing while sleep-deprived, touched out, emotionally overwhelmed, physically recovering, and learning a whole new version of yourself can feel incredibly heavy. The love can be real while the struggle is real too.

Some days look like tears in the shower, cold coffee, leaking breasts, anxiety at 2am, resentment, loneliness, or wondering why nobody talks about this part more honestly.

You deserve support, nourishment, rest, and care too. Motherhood was never meant to be carried alone.
We are here for you, there is support.
